CARTER SWEM, Chief Executive Officer
carterswem@donu-tech.com
In addition to his role as DonuTech's
Chief Executive Officer, Carter Swem is the Director
of Wildlife Impact Studies. After receiving his Doctorat
du 3ième Cycle and Doctorat d'Etat from Université
Charles Degaulle VIII in Lille, France, he went into
pure research at the Jiffymaid School. In 2131 he entered
business, soon becoming vice-president of operations
for Bearclaw Inuit Assay in northern Ontario. In 2133
he struck out on his own and founded DonuTech in conjunction
with Ibrim Hoxa.
Under his direction, DonuTech has achieved 37% average
year-on-year gross revenue growth (42.1% YoY in 2139),
with comparable growth in earnings before interest,
tax, depreciation and amortization. DonuTech carries
out some thirty-five studies a year, many of which are
personally authored by Dr. Swem himself. Dr. Swem is
also responsible for establishing and maintaining the
industry-wide alliances that have meant that DonuTech
has long worked hand-in-hand with a number of other
highly-rated ecosurvival consultants, including Siberian
Forest Services, Bearclaw Inuit Assay, Inner Freetown
Wildlife Studies, and the Norwegian Pan-oceanic Fishdata
Service.
In 2138 he was awarded the prestigious Toronto Survivalist
award for his contributions to world ecostability. This
year, on January fifth, he was one of the five philanthropists
to be recognized by the Contessa Bobbie Albino Foundation
for his contribution to world health.
As CEO, his ambitions are to preserve global ecostructure
and make DonuTech a leading player on the world scene.
The record shows that he has already succeeded on both
counts.

IBRIM
HOXA, Managing Partner
ibrimhoxa@donu-tech.com
Ibrim Hoxa likes to say that in another age he would
have retired to a monastery and sung God's praises from
dawn to dusk. In this world, however, he has a practical
missiondeciphering just what we have done and
what we are doing to mankind's sacred hometo which
he brings that same zealot's ferver and monastic discipline.
A tireless worker, he divides his efforts between his
responsibilities as DonuTech's managing partner and
his true love, Thermal Studies. He has assembled what
is perhaps the world's best thermal assay team--brilliant,
cutting-edge and fired with the same passionate fervor
he brings to everything in his life.
His work is his life. For Ibrim Hoxa, the path to the
heights has only begun.

ARANCHA
VALAPRISO, Chief Financial Officer
arranchavalapiso@donu-tech.com
Arancha Valapriso came to DonuTech after fourteen years
with Warburg and Fenton as head comptroller and fish-farming
analyst.
In her free time, she is in wide demand for her lectures
on financial subjects. She has been regularly invited
to speak at some of the world's most renowned institutaions,
including Harvard Business School, the Wharton Institute,
the Citadel, and Texas A&M, where she is a perennial
favorite.
Although she appears modest and unobtrusive when you
first meet her, she is a canny, behind-the-scenes powerhouse
to whom our little community owes a debt we can never
repay, not even by using one of her patented debt restructuring
schemes.

YOSHI JONES, Chief
Information Officer>>
cio@donu-tech.com
In the nine months Yoshi Jones has been with DonuTech,
she has revolutionized our already cutting-edge Information
and Artificial Intelligence Department. Under her direction,
we expect DonuTech to remain in the vanguard of those
firms benefiting from our burgeoning human/AI union.
Yoshi's numerous diplomas include advanced degrees from
Aragon Institute of Technology, Kyoto Artificial Intelligence
Institute, and the Mount Baldy Center for Human and
Fabricated Entities' Co-evolution. However, what really
convinced us that she would be the perfect addition
to our team was another degree that she had pursued
and earned to satisfy her own personal interest. We
are very proud of the fact that DonuTech's Chief Information
officer is the only person in her field to have also
earned a Doctorate in Reforestation Science from the
Lausanne School of Alpine Renewal.
Not only is Yoshi a kindred spirit, she is also one
of the top emerging professionals in her field and a
definite feather in DonuTech's cap.
