At
DonuTech, we know that one recruitment policy does not
fit all. Some roles require advanced degrees, long experience
or specialized talents. Others do not. Some talents can
make up for other weaknesses, some do not or can even
emphasize them. In a company such as ours, which places
such a high value on individuality, versatility and creative
problem-solving, no one set of qualifications is right
for everyone, and one person may be hired for a position
because of precisely the same strengths and weaknesses
as a candidate who was not hired for a similar position.
All

Co-workers are often more faithful, reliable and understanding
than spouses and their relationships often last far

Who
