capabilities and recognize that we are all fallible human
beings and that work is only part of the full life that
every individual deserves.

We endeavor to conduct all our business honorably, recognizing
that if an end is wrong, no means of achieving it can be
right.
- DIVERSITY:
Our unique and individual talents and points of view are
the rock on which DonuTech is built. Without such diversity,
what would we gain from hiring anyone? As we grow we want
to become more diverse, not less.
- TEAMWORK:
We take pride in the way that working together can unleash
the potential for exceptional things in all of us. Teamwork
is not just a means to an end, the way it can help us to
become part of something that is better than our isolated
selves makes it an end in itself.

PIECE OF THE PIE:
For ages, mankind has understood that those who create wealth
deserve a share of it. The Christian Bible says, "Don't
bind the mouths of the kine that tread the grain" and
that "'The worker is worthy of his hire". But,
surprisingly, a nineteenth century Economic philosopher
said it best: "From each according to his ability,
to each according to his need." His words are the perfect
embodiment of our Human Resources policy at DonuTech.
